How much do you spend a month?
Prior to entering the workforce, i had no idea, that money runs like the free flowing river,
that easily...And now that I have ability to earn my own keep, I am so shocked at the cost of covering my expenditure fully.. And that made me realise how hard is it to upkeep a family (rolled eyes at myself for naivety). And I cant help but to marvel at families running on an allowance of $1500 for a family of 4. I mean it is really something, because spending little is a impossible feat to me. And once a while i may spend over a family's humble income, and i will bite myself at the end of the month. And judging from i do not need to pay rent, school fees, electricity bills, how can my spending be over $1.5k/month sometimes. And god, i don even club or take cab, and NO i don buy anymore branded goods...
Little things DO add up...(cant imagine if i have a baby)
Although i try my very best to save 50% of my income, my latest soft spot comes to be on beauty products.. And i spend a fair amount every month on them,(i know if i blog more, i will get sponsors but then again i am too lazy) OUCH. but the results are worth it(or so i think). shall do the comments on the products i bought this month.
So i bought the watson facial sauna, Hada Labo lotion( the one they keep advertising) and its UV block. And CURE, which is an AMAZING product, and a pair of eyelash.
So, the hada labo lotion or what we call toner...
Worth the price of $22 plus in watson
(heres the advertisement of which the bouncy skin made me so tempted to try)
Gives me moisture definitely, and you must know how to apply on your face properly..
Not really a beauty reviewer and other people do a better job than me.. Here you go..

Not the most popular skin care product in japan for nothing.
It cost 42 at Watson, but is a big bottle so i think a yearly expenditure will be good enough, if you use it just for your face that is.
I didnt really use much of the Hada Labo UV cause i don go out much during the day, but reviews say it is a good makeup base and all ..

For me the facial steamer has steam that is really hot that it burns my face, and i cannot put my face to near to the steam.. and the steam is not consistent like the professional facial steamer...
Also only got 1 temperature dial only.. but for 19.90 you cant really expect much..
And heres to the product i wanna get in the next few months..
will surely do proper review cause these products does not work on everyone..

I have been as lazy as this cat
And i shall blog proper!
About last month that is...
April was a very special month because its me and baby Marco 1st year anniversary.
And i never spent a more meaningful anni before..
-baby brought me Lunatic Queen pullip and Malibu cheesecake pinup book!
and he treated me to uss while i got him l'arc en ciel concert tix..

As usual we had dates, this was one fine day where pirates ship don soar the skies..
Went over to the barrage to fly kites..
Tried to fly this black pearl (brought from Bali) but it was to no avail..
At least we had a good kite flying experience...

This was at ssikkek Korean buffet... Didnt really snap much pictures though.. But the food there is really really really awesome..

Anyway, the 1 year celebration begins...
First with a neoprint!! The eye enlarging effect really dont look well on me, and M got his lips painted rose pink... Hope next year will be nicer!
Next was my treat at Intercontinental Hotel @ Bugis.. They have this dessert buffet every friday and saturday during dinner at their lounge... Thought it was sweet to have something sweet for our 1st..
Its around 65 for 2 people after uob discount and its is all the dessert free flow.. And i had my first dessert only dinner.The sugar rush was another kinda of high, after which baby introduced me to dark chocolate, as in 70% that kind and i was hooked!!

This waffle cone had the kinda of popping sweet that leaves a pot of jumping ants on your throat..
Ups for sensation..
And there was a strawberry chocolate fountain.. and the strawberry chocolate was soooo smooth....
Taste so much like those meiji strawberry chocolate...which i think are the best in the world!
And omg there were macaroon, raspberries too! And mind you these are not the ones you get from the icing room for 50 cents each... They are superb can?? Melt in your mouth that kind ....
Really bad lighting to take the food.
But baby managed to work out the perfect lighting in the dim lounge to take the food.. Not very clear cause it was of long exposure and we had no stand..
But other than that , the quality of dessert is really awesome , if you have a super sweet tooth or a bitter one you should head there! They give pure melted dark chocolate as a drink!!

And then on the 28th, i went for my first ever concert, really...
It was one of baby's favourite band...
They are like 20 year old japanese rock band which the rock was too much for me to comprehend..

He was the only thing that kept me watching the concert..
He is one pretty boy(man) , cause he is 40 plus already..
So pretty, as in not the wu zun that kinda of cute innocent pretty but really smoking pretty!
Ok, enough of looking at other man, cause i have my baby enough liao..
And apart from the lunatic queen, this was one the more surprising surprises..
And he did the origami flower wrapping too..
I really didnt know what to expect from this gift..
A pleasant shock nonetheless..
Why this book?
Because i ask baby to see if there was an online version of it online cause i was really intrigued by the covered when i saw in in Las Vegas for the first time..
The pinup art looks really pretty!!
But then i was on budget so i didnt get it..
And i didnt really expect M to buy it for me just after one mention...

So much for a suprise for me and he said cause i was the "queen of his <3"

And i got adsiltia as well in feb, but i don wanna debox her cause she is really really pretty..
